安装方法也很简单，到 http://tor.eff.org/download.html.en 下载最新版本的tor，推荐bundled版。然后安装即可。
使用方法也比较简单，只要把需要使用tor的application(应用程序) 设置为使用代理服务器即可。tor默认的是localhost，端口为8118
