越南河内消息：越南国民大会已经通过了知识产权法，该法将于2006年7月1日开始实行。因此，之前由越南民法或其他法律文件规定的知识产权(intellectual property, IP)相关规章都将由一部独立的法律——知识产权法处理。

HANOI - The Vietnam National Assembly has passed the Law on Intellectual Property, which will officially come into force July 1, 2006. Accordingly, all the intellectual property (IP) regulations, which were formerly stipulated in the Vietnamese Civil Code or other legal documents, are now provided in a separate law - Intellectual Property Law.
