Sometimes when you delete/rename/move a file/folder, there will be a dialog box saying "error! the file is using by another person or program...", and that you can't delete/rename/move that file/folder.
There is a small toolkit name WhoLockMe or Unlocker that can handle it. it can find out which person or which program is using that file/folder.
